An economical mixture of turf type tall fescue and annual millet or annual winter cover crop seed used to provide quick, green ground cover for home/construction sites. If starting from bare ground, plant a rate of 10-15 lbs./1,000 square feet. Also called landscaper blend. Summer mix has summer annual and winter mix has winter annual.
