Crooked Creek White Corn per #

This white seed heirloom variety makes great grits and cornmeal but what it is most well known for is for it's use by local distilleries for smooth whiskey and moonshine. This is provided to us in small batches by a mountain family who has been growing this rare heirloom for over seven generations on their family farm. It has been analyzed by UT and found to have the highest fat content on any corn the researcher had seen. Of course he might have said anything after having a cup.
