90 degree PVC elbow. Pop-up emitter. Allows water to be diverted to water safe areas away from structures, erosion-prone landscapes and poor drainage areas. Opened by water pressure flowing through the drain pipe. Emitter closes when the flow diminishes. Does not rise high enough to interfere with mowers.
